Due to FERPA, Immigration officers are required to have a U.S. district court issued warrant signed by a judge in order to have access to any records at all, with specific individual/s names in said warrant. Plus they cannot legally leave the front office of the school without warrant. There will be no mass round up raids. They are not going to roaming the school halls rounding up any kid that is brown [/quote]
