I’m a contractor and theoretically we were never allowed to park there although many of us did when we had to go in, which was just a few days a quarter. There were usually empty spots towards the top of the garage. There is a shuttle bus from the Anacostia metro stop, but going home in the dark there is not ideal. The whole campus covers many acres with boarded up buildings that would be perfect for filming a horror movie and of course building more parking.[/quote]
