they actually don’t have the same right to be there. The library is supposed to be a place for everyone to be safely and comfortably to access media - it’s not a homeless shelter. If a homeless person is there to read the newspaper, awesome - as long as they are safe and not disruptive (including smell). A library is not a homeless shelter. I repeat, a library is not a homeless shelter.[/quote]
