Falls Church Anglican
lol
+1 Biggest “lol” ever
How is it political? I have been checking out sermons online and it doesn’t seem political. I would love to hear more since I am researching churches.
They aren't political. Have people attending from all over the political spectrum.
I think PPs confuse the sincerely held theological views of The Falls Church Anglican on hot-button issues like LGBTQIA+ issues and abortion with politics. Nobody's telling you how to vote at TFCA and, yes, people attend from across the political spectrum and have sincere disagreements about it. You'll also find at TFCA that they have a close partnership with Anglicans for Life (sometimes a little too close for my taste as a sphere sovereignty devotee). Yesterday they were advertising their giving to For the Nations DC, an organization that works with local refugees, in the bulletin. Some people can't understand how these committments stem from a church just trying to be faithful to the Bible without telling you exactly what Congress should do about that faithfulness or who you should vote for in the next election. -TFCA member
