This.  And this post should really be moved to the health forum because it is more about anxiety.  I have a teen member of the family who had a hard time getting out of bed yesterday because of the anxiety of the thought about the grim future of the country if Harris wins.  It’s mental health. Yes, it’s my kid with anxiety issues.

It is funny that a term conned its mother into thinking it has anxiety.  Just another term excuse when they don’t want to do something as simple as getting out of bed.   No wonder the world laughs ate the dependence of the US on drugs to function.  [/quote]

Now that you bring it up, one of the things he’s very stressed over is the fear that the draft is coming for him AND his sister and that they are both going to die.  Day what you want but fear is real.  We keep discussing that he’s not going to die and the chance chances of that happening are slim but some of these teens are scared.
