This was always the policy when I worked retali/fast food. There were very little exceptions to the rule "the customer is right". Even when they were wrong we were still to proceed as if they were right - almost anything to make the customer happy. Then of course we would talk about them behind there back (we were young teenagers). Seems like those days are gone now though. [/quote]
