Nobody's "mad that you dare exist and post about yourself". We're burned out on these stupid AMA-style posts that are basically just brag threads for people who probably don't exist and definitely don't exist as advertised. Inevitably, the OP gets cranky that people didnt' (fall for it) believe them outright, refuses to answer follow-ups, and acts put out that their attention thread didn't end in the accolades they were seeking.

And it's never "I did something rare and exciting! Ask me anything!" It's always some variation on a theme of "I'm better than you/them. Ask me softball questions and praise me or I'll pout and/or flounce." The AMA format in general is kinda trash, and especially stupid on an anon forum where it's so easy to sockpuppet or just outright troll.

So don't get mad at us for not giving you the appreciative audience you seem to feel entitled to. You're not, and we're tired of this crap. Post something interesting and see if you get better results.[/quote]
