DP. That is correct that if TPS runs out, they have no legal status. But right now there are many here that have current TPS and they are not “illegal immigrants”.

Don’t hate the player, hate the game. We can let people with work visas and we can let in people in a controlled fashion for humanitarian reasons. The mistake that the Biden Harris administration made was not being selective enough and increasing every sort of immigration both documented and undocumented, which has put incredible strain on resources and incentivized people coming here even if they have no claim to be here, because they They know whether they come in via parole, TPS, illegally, or whatever, they are almost certainly going to be able to stay.
