We are people who enjoy our jobs and support our employer’s mission, but are fed up with those professing to WFH, but who actually are half-a**ing it at our expense. Then, when you hold these freeloaders accountable, they have 5000 reasons why YOU failed THEM!!! I don’t want to work with people like that. [/quote]

Yeah, I mean, I’m totally willing to acknowledge that there may be “good” WFH employees out there somewhere, but why am I constantly unable to get ahold of out admin and support people who WFH, even when they are “green”

Total excuse. Why is it management’s daily role to tell an employee to show up and do the basics when they're being PAID to do so? A job is not welfare. [/quote]
