Then you agree the constitution says that anyone who owns a gun needs to be trained and be proficient in it. Sounds good to me. Just like you need to go to drivers ed and pass a test showing that you are prepared/proficient to safely drive a car, let's make all gun owners pass a test showing they are prepared/proficient to safely own a gun.[/quote]
