I think the parents need to be held accountable and given some training, monitoring, a fine and some parenting assistance.
This. They probably want support--their child is incorrigible. Sometimes, parents need help from the state. For all we know they may wonderful parents, and their kid may just be a total dud right now.
My kid hasn't robbed any car dealerships. Are other parents just duds?
Well my kid knows how to disable security cameras and alarms, and can commit auto theft while also completing any necessary auto repairs and forging title and insurance paperwork. He changes the oil while I read to him and I walk him up and down the aisle of the dealership for breaks. Sometimes we even just talk with each other as he commits this theft because we enjoy each other’s company unlike all those kids at home watching Disney movies and YouTube kids. Clearly I am the best and all other parents are duds.
