Not a carnivore diet but I eliminated all grains a few weeks ago and the bloat I’ve had my entire life disappeared almost immediately. I eat fruit though (low fodmap fruit) and veggies (low fodmap veggies). I keep my meats to mostly dark meat (turkey, chicken and also fish). Eat nuts. Feel much better. Took a urine test for other reasons and noticed some ketones in my urine (also some crystals ugh hope not getting kidney stones from this!!)
You almost certainly are. I had a ton after eating very low carb. Enjoy the urologist visits! And if you’re not already I’d be drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day.
Without any added carb my meals still have protein to carb ratio of 1 to 1. Plenty of vegetables have carbs (broccoli, cabbage, carrots) so you must be eating leafy greens without dressing? Try diversify the vegetables and add one fruit or maybe even 1 cup of oatmeal per day. That will boot you out of kidney issues.
