[/quote] The BEST and most engaging teachers at my kids' private high school are all history teachers. Both my sons fell in love with all areas of history, govt/politics from these men. The teachers all have graduate degrees---two are Ivy educated. I am very happy to hear that you kid plans to teach history. We need good history teachers. Maybe if Americans understood civics/history, world history, euro history, us history--we wouldn't have such a messed up crazy political nightmare of the past 8 years.
