I've had no side effects, and stay on the lowest dosing as long as possible. Right now I'm still at 0.5. It's working for me, in a slow and manageable way.  I do not want rapid loss.

It's simply helping me to make better choices and eat smaller portions. I get full pretty quickly so I eat slowly and it's easy to stop eating.
