Nothing wrong with a legal dispensary.  The one in CP isn't legal, sells unregulated stuff, and sells vapes probably too close to WIS (1/4 mile). [/quote]

Then Mayor Tony Williams tried to do exactly that.  But a lot of folks called him a racist so he backed off. But, hopefully, we all can agree that having a marijuana dispensary on the UDC campus raises a lot of concern.  It’s an absurd outcome resulting from a poorly written law from an unserious City Council.  [/quote]
