Then you are a LUCKY PERSON!  Because [b]that is exactly how it works[/b] at the tiny number of meets full need schools.  Every family goes according to their ability to pay.  So no one pays more of their assets than another!

An automobile does, in fact, cost MORE for a poor person.  A much larger percentage of their income.  As do all fixed taxes like tolls.  College is one of the rare items that is fair, in that the college awards you THE [b]GIFT [/b]OF FINANCIAL AID (that they have no obligation to give anyone) to you with the same formula everyone gets.

You can always switch places with them anytime you want!  Going that way is easy to accomplish.  So you have that advantage also!  See, fair for everyone![/quote]
