The AO was being polite.  And it's an understandable error.  NBD.  OP, why are you so defensive?  This is a great opportunity for your daughter to learn to be a little more careful with these things.

My kid just sent his transcript to graduate school.  I didn't check whether he picked the right school in the drop-down menu.  He's an adult. If he made a mistake, he'll quickly learn if they don't receive it.

You're setting up your daughter for a difficult life ahead if you don't want her to own any of this.  The world doesn't double-check each transaction you do as an adult.  And to make such a HUGE deal over a minor thing that was fixed is concerning.  Let it be.[/quote]
