For example, I now find sodas (yes, diet) to be too syrupy and sweet. I'd infinitely prefer a flavored water or unsweetened tea. Red meat tastes "too rich" (fish is now preferable). I don't like drinking alcohol much anymore. I don't want sugary snacks at all. A salad is actually tasty and satiating. I still really like bread unfortunately but can't eat nearly as much of it in a sitting. Of course, the portion size I need to feel satiated is smaller, and the feeling lasts much longer. These changes didn't require willpower, diligent planning, a premeditated lifestyle change, etc. It's just how it is for me now.[/quote]
