It hurts him and Michelle that their promise to the Clintons didn’t come to fruition. Obama is probably urging Hillary to run . Not Biden. They only stayed in DC because Sasha was still in high school when they left office. They were in DC during the Trump years. Obama doesn’t have control over Biden and the tell for that is the Ukraine and Russia war. Obama never wanted to face off with Putin in Ukraine after Crimea was invaded in 2014, and he wisely stepped down from his red line to Assad in 2013 in Syria because he knew , like Trump, the establishment wanted to entrap him . That was a huge point of contention between him and hawkish politicians like Biden and Hillary that made up his team. Obama resented Biden and Hillary encouraging him to kill Gaddaffi in Libya and he learned his lesson and didn’t intervene in Syria and Ukraine with full out war. Biden loves war .
