I drink occasionally but don’t find it fun or relaxing drinking at home or alone and when I do have a few drinks at a party I sleep worse, get a slight headache, and feel a little sick/off once the buzz wears off. I used to drink much more but I just don’t feel like I have the time or energy to feel “off” and the buzz often isn’t worth not feeling my best physically[/quote]
