Congressional hosts a golf tournament at a house in a residential neighborhood in the wee hours of the night, has a DJ, gets everyone drunk, sets off fireworks, and leaves behind tons of trash? Do they do it monthly? I’m surprised residents of Potomac don’t mind that.[/quote]

Well, now you're introducing new facts. If there was a DJ that was playing music that could be heard by neighbors, fireworks, and trash that was not promptly cleaned, and all of this is happening monthly, then those seem like the areas where people should focus their complaints. But lots of people in this thread were instead hypothesizing about sexual assaults and complaining about too many cars.[/quote]
