She has acknowledged there are real problems in the system to parents (read what she wrote to the Title I schools) and to MCEA. It’s a shame that staff like Brian Hull are hampering her efforts to do anything about the problems[/quote]

MCEA is lying to you. Brian Hull is not the problem and has no authority over the superintendent to "hamper her efforts" the things happening are her efforts.

She (like every superintendent) makes ALL of the decisions.  And then she blames them on Hull, the easy white man target, so MCEA doesn't get mad at her.   It is disgusting what MCEA is doing this is the lowest I've seen them go in years.
