It’s the travel cost/time commitment that is the waste. [b]It did absolutely nothing to get your kid into college - which is why most people do travel[/b]. If you want to spend time with your kid in a healthy physical activity, why aren’t you doing rec?  It saves you thousands of dollars, and time spent traveling to tournaments and practice.
