Don't forget to not complain when the bench gets worse every year as players move to teams where they can play. Not to mention the terrible team dynamics when you have a bunch of 11 year olds whose families are expected to drive an hour to watch them not play[/quote]

That works well unless its the best players coming late of skipping practice. I've seen a coach lose a team by enforcing playing time rules with the worst player will still starting stars who skip practice [/quote]
