Your nieces’ parents can do what I did bought all the stuff or donated the amount necessary. I think it’s more about fairness in the budget. The school doesn’t want to spend over a certain amount for an activity that only a small amount of students might be involved in. Especially sports. The drama club isn’t going to NYC to see a play. The student government isn’t taking a trip to the UN. It’s a matter of fairness. [/quote]
