+1 for spreads diseases. Parasitic infections, too. Supposed to contaminate the soil and then if someone handles that soil with an open cut they can become ill.[/quote]

Plus the stink. There is a house in our neighborhood that has two dogs they never walk. As in, never. Their backyard is a sea of patchy grass and dog feces. Half the neighborhood can smell it on a warm day. [/quote]
