My bet is you've never worked with people that have unrealistic expectations, or narcissistic personality disorder. The world is literally full of people that can't handle hearing "No." They throw a conniption fit if they don't get what they want when they want. Business is full of these men. These are the type of people who will call you three times [i]in a row[/i] on a Sunday morning- when about half the country is engaged in worship- just to get an answer [b]RIGHT NOW[/b] about the ... unit cost of a thingyjig or the wholesale cost of a whatsit.

The issue is that they think they can do whatever they want.

And they can't.
