I just keep thinking about all of the trauma that they went through with the break-up of the family but that's nothing compared to this. This will forever change all of them. I just hope that the family can come together to find peace. And that Kody can pull his head out of his ass long enough to be the one to make that happen. It shouldn't have to be on Janelle to get them through this.[/quote]
She actually lost her brother to suicide when he was Gabe's age. I feel awful for her. I'm sure this has brought up a lot of bad stuff for her, and she has to be there for Kody and the kids.

Things like this usually have the capacity to destroy a family or bind them closer together. The Browns are already destroyed so hopefully this can help them resolve some issues.

I do hope Kody and Janelle can lean on each other rather than being adversaries. Actually they seem pretty amiable (in the sense that their kids are grown so they don't really have to deal with each other but Janelle wasn't as "I'm done with him" as Christine was). My point is more Kody has Robyn, but Janelle doesn't have anyone. Like you said it shouldn't be on her to lead the surviving kids through this without Kody.[/quote]
