This is a perfect example of your terrible communication skills. If your boss is getting emails like your posts here there may be no salvaging it. I would suggest you speak to your supervisor and not use written communication going forward.

In early, work at desk, head down. At 90 day review pick your biggest issue and present it. Let the other ones go.
