OH there were many things...we grew up with 8 kids so everything was a casserole. I hated the tuna fish casseroles. Also, lamb seemed to be big back then...even the smell makes me nauseous. My dad was Jewish so he ate really gross gafiltafish (no idea how to spell it). So many other things I can't even remember...meat loaf, cabbage and mystery ingredients...etc.
Eh, gefilte fish isn't that bad, unless it is out of a can. That stuff is pretty bad, it's basically the spam of fish. Freshly made or from a decent deli it is ok, but perhaps something you have to grow up with. I am Jewish so I grew up with it and while I don't like it much, I can get through a small piece once a year. Chopped liver, on the other hand ... ugh. Looks and smells like cat food.
Eugh, gefilte fish was the bane of my Jewish childhood. I had a big issue with food texture when I was a kid and my grandma's gefilte fish had just about the worst texture imaginable and tasted like fishy pickles. Every Passover she told me that if I didn't eat it, the prophet Elijah wouldn't come
