In fact, you should start an insurance company to make a fortune insuring all these properties avoided by the rest of the industry.  So what if their entire business model is based on risk assessment...they are wrong.    Nothing is going to happen to all those Florida properties.....insure them and get rich![/quote]

They are leaving California too all over the state. They are leaving urban areas as well. The high level of vaccine deaths 30-55 year olds is bankrupting them so they are abandoning risks they were formerly willing to take on. [/quote]
