Except it rarely works out that way.  You know the airline is gonna hire the female pilot with only 2 years of experience over the white male pilot with 13 years of experience these days because of DEI.

In my field I’ve seen many examples of men with less experience and fewer qualifications get hired over highly qualified women with more experience. Time and again. The male candidates were seen as having potential. Maybe they “looked” the part. But they didn’t get the job based on what they had actually done. [/quote]
