If you say that, then you have to agree that other states' [b]OOS programs are even MORE of a "rip-off[/b]" (see UCLA and Berkeley). But of course your kid couldn't get in to those programs to begin wiht.  [b]Read and learn before posting[/b][/quote]
Please take your own advice: UCLA and Berkeley are cheaper oos. The only similarly priced oos to Virginia is Michigan. Reading comprehension helps too: state universities don’t give the same bang for the buck, period, compared to privates. [/quote]

No, they are not.  UCLA is more than $73K for OOS with no budget for transportation.  Berkeley is $78K with minimal allowance for transportation.  Aren't you and dad planning to go out and settle junior in the room? That costs money not included in the estimates.  Isn't the whole family planning some day to fly for graduation?  Not included.
