Lots of kids misbehave and the parents let them run wild and don't clean up after them. Its a safety issue.[/quote] +1. Not every restriction is discrimination. You could say that expensive restaurants discriminate against poor people or that Szechuan restaurants discriminate against people who can’t handle spice. There are plenty of other restaurants with age restrictions. And where I live, under 21’s are not allowed in some restaurants because they are classified as bars, even though they mostly serve food. There is a restaurant at a local ski resort that is restricted to 12+. [/quote]
