Closest to elite would be MLS Academy programs tied to MLS Pro teams. As far as everything else, particularly programs where you have to buy into? Nothing is. But nobody realizes this. The system is flawed and fractured. It works here and there but by design this isn't a system that is there to develop players. That is primarily due to an individual players own desires and work ethic typically with a little help sometimes from their club that they're associated with.[/quote]
