SMH.[/quote] Someone back in this thread had a kid who sat out of school for like 3 years because FCPS FAILED to meet their legal obligation to educate him, and all they are asking for is compensatory speech therapy. He didn't go to school for three years at all because they couldn't find a seat for him anywhere. No education. I can't believe any one would have an issue with that. (FCPS saves a fortune on not paying for him for three years as well.)[/quote]
