They have distinctively different culture, language and different look. It doesn’t have high farm rate but most people are not rich. Wootton is really for middle class people who can’t afford Potomac or Bethesda or even Rockville. Many residents bought townhomes at $300k-400k a decade ago and can’t afford today’s price. MCPS SES data are single dimensional and only based on who qualify for free meals but not measuring these who barely made it but still struggle to make a living. [/quote]
