[/quote] Yes and they are also white folks who seem VERY concerned about black students in DC but their concern seems to extend only as far as the kids who aren't at these schools (or who depart). They seem unconcerned about the kids who are secure an excellent education at these schools. It is almost as though the concern for black kids is insincere...[/quote]
