Mainstream Republicans will have views that you cannot voice without being cancelled at Maret or St Andrews--opposition to abortion, gay marriage, minors transitioning their sex etc.  These are debatable views..just look at lawmakers debating the issues.

BTW, you're free to hold all these views, but in my opinion many people will be offended by some of them, especially gay marriage. To some people, saying you're opposed to marriage equality is like saying you're opposed to interracial marriage.[/quote]
