the rise in crime and all the trans stuff w/ kids and school is pushing people to the right
Actually "all the trans stuff w/ kids and school" is pushing Gen Z to vote. Go Gen Z.
Young people always tend to vote D. The people who swing elections, especially in VA, are middle aged suburban and exurban moms. And while it’s anecdotal, I know quite a few who are moving R due to “trans stuff w kids in school”.
The people who swing elections are increasingly Gen Z.
Oh really, they turned VA for Youngkin? You want it be one way, but it’s the other way.
No, of course they did not turn Virginia for Youngkin. That's the point. There were more Gen Z voters in 2022 than in 2021. There will be more Gen Z voters in 2023 than in 2022. There will be more Gen Z voters in 2024 than in 2023. And so on. And Gen Z voters, as a group, turn out to vote against candidates pushing the "trans stuff w/ kids and school".
