Do you have a good understanding of what the swastika means in UAE? (I don't, that's why I'm asking). You understand the meaning in India, Europe and the US. But you're in Dubai. So while your neighbor may have meant it as an antisemitic symbol, you can't expect the management team to interpret it the same way. I think you should move.
