Also, for the PP asking the neighbors to call the cops...how about the OP call the cops.  If my neighbor threw a pool party for a bunch of teenagers, how would I know they were serving them hard seltzers vs. just soda, unless I am the nosy neighbor and start prying.  If they aren't partying until late hours, keeping the music reasonable and just having a good time, then why do I care?  Also, even if I did suspect...unless I thought it might result in some kind of harm or [b]damage to my house [/b]and my family...again, what do I really care?[/quote]

Teens don't do a lot of things quietly...even when sober.  Should I call the cops anytime I run into some loud teens.  What's your point?[/quote]
