But when atheists don’t like religion/religious people- it’s because religious people have done something bad to atheists?

Atheist here.  I don't care so much what others believe as long as they don't try to convert me and don't try to speak for me.   A lot of religious people feel the same way. Although every religion has its dogma, not everyone believes everything that's in it. Atheists don't have dogma.  They just don't believe in God.  They may have other good or bad characteristics, just like religious people, not related to their lack of belief in God.[/quote]

I’m an atheist and find all of this bickering absurd. I don’t care what you or my kids soccer coach does. He’s smart enough to not let a middle school soccer coach pressure him into religion. I went to catholic school for seven years… still atheist. What you do at home is way more important that some soccer coach and the MAJORITY of atheists know this. [/quote]
