[/quote] You must be new here. This is DCPS. The Instructional Superintendents are DCPS insiders whose main qualification is being well regarded and connected in Central. Their core competencies seem to be intimidating independent thinkers and punishing anyone who does not fall in line. Coaching and development are not core.[/quote]
