IMHO, neither of your options is the case. The lack of coverage is because there's nothing really to cover, due to his handlers/PR people/family keeping an extremely effective lid on any news getting out. It's remarkable that there doesn't seem to have been a single leak (from, say, a medical professional or orderly or...anyone) detailing anything at all. But I think the silence means the exact [i]opposite[/i] of "fake and overblown." If this were somehow fake (though, why would it be?) there might be "poor Jamie!" updates for sympathy, followed by photos and other posts showing him recovering and being highly inspirational...but instead, we've got crickets. Something did happen, and his people and medical team are, I think, assessing how bad it is and how to spin that when they finally have to say something public. We'll see.[/quote]
