Over half of the aid the US provides Israel must be spent in the US, on US-made weapons. It's a full-employment program for Lockheed Martin and other arms manufacturers. 
Jordan was created at the same time as Israel. No one questions Jordan's right to exist, even though the monarchy massacred hundreds of Palestinians in Black September 1970. India and Pakistan were separated in 1947, with a million dead, yet no one questions Pakistan's right to exist. Israel is just a special case. I wonder why...Meanwhile, 60 million stateless Kurds would like a country. No one cares. 
I think with friends like Rashida Tlaib, the Palestinians will never have a country of any size. Call that a Nakba if you like.
