Support
Do you have local family or a network of friends or trusted caregivers?

Interests
Do your first two kids have common interests/activities or are you already stretched in two directions running one kid to swim and one to gymnastics?

School
How much are you loving school age and everything it entails ... communication with the school/teacher, homework, spirit days, conferences? Because you'll be adding another 6+ years into your time in the school system, which is like another whole run through elementary school after your middle child would be moving to middle.
