Our TH has 4100 sqft and a big backyard. It has an elevator.

I loved living in a crappy $300k townhome in an area you all despise
And I love my job and am content and do not surround myself with the kind of people who would look down on me because of my lifestyle choices

Right now, if I had the money, I would not trade up to a more expensive house, I would just rather invest, fund 529s, buy a yacht and travel
