[/quote] Exactly! Our starter home (and forever home, it looks like) was around $875k in 2017. Townhouse in Arlington. [/quote] Paid that in a bidding war for a tear down in 2011 at the bottom of the market and still live in that tear down today. The think I’ve learned about real estate is that there are very few people that have any long term perspective because most people are only in the market once a decade or so. [/quote]
