[/quote] It is illegal to choose a buyer for your home based on their race. There is no way you'd know their race unless you asked, when the offer letter came in, and if your realtor is smart, they wouldn't tell you. "Is the buyer of my home going to be Black?" you are not allowed to do that. [/quote]
